Job Summary:
Direct market Liaison
Creates, updates, tracks and plans for all sales and sales materials for direct market, subscriptions. Helps manage inventory and out of stock titles for comics and collected editions at Diamond. Must understand Marvel Comics and Collected editions both print and digital editions.
Responsibilities:
Diamond Comics/Direct Market day to day
• Create weekly Marvel Mailer detailing sales and updates to retailers
• Manage Diamond Daily articles
• Maintains FOCs and On sale dates
• Maintain Reporting of overprints and reprints
• Manages retailer Customer Service issues and questions
• Assists with operations issues (printer, manufacturing, diamond, retailer, etc)
• Help create and manage inventory sales, transfers, and levels
• Help Coordinate variant cover creation and solicitation
• Manages product updates
• Assist in shipping samples, product, promo items as needed
• Assist in inventory requests as needed
• Cover sign off
Sales materials
• Editor for Previews Catalog
• Help manage promotional items
• Diamond Retail Pages
• Manage monthly postcards, mini poster, and regular posters
Subscriptions
• Contact Subscription vendor to update them on new titles
Basic Qualifications:
Microsoft Office suite
Required Education
BA / BS degree or relevant work experience
