Responsibilities:
> Communicate project needs to internal creative departments
> Collaborate with Creative Directors, Editors, Graphics, and AE Team to deliver materials on time and at requested specs
> Track multiple projects/spots throughout the finishing process, giving updates when necessary to various stakeholders
> Post finished work on social media accounts
> Keep track of new films and projects, potential clients at studios and entertainment agencies, and remain up-to-date with industry news
> Update project schedules and calendars per Creative Directors' direction
> Proofread and prepare creative assets, and coordinate delivery to client
> Retrieve and organize assets for creative team when needed
> Provide accurate status reports, conference reports and other documents to the client as needed
> Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
> 1-3 years of experience working on highly collaborative teams in entertainment or advertising industries
> Experience managing schedules/calendars
> Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
> Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
> Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
> Working knowledge of Avid preferred, but not required
> Ability to multi-task and relay information concisely/accurately
> Ideal candidate will have interest in film advertising and will have the desire to grow within this industry
> Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
> Familiar with Zoom, Slack, and Social Media
