Job Description: Mark Music & Media Law is seeking a highly motivated and skilled paralegal to join our entertainment law firm. Our firm represents top-tier clients in the entertainment industry, including recording artists, producers, record labels, and a host of other high-profile entities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment law and a desire to work and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of entertainment contracts, including talent agreements, producer agreements, side artist agreements, and more. As well as collaborating with senior attorneys and other firm staff to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

Requirements:
• JD degree preferred but not required
• Experience drafting and negotiating music law contracts
• Excellent legal writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to handle and work on multiple projects at one time
