Seeking candidates with solid experience as a talent manager for actors, but open to assistants ready to make the jump into a junior manager role. Candidates with a current roster are welcome to bring clients to our company. Partnership is an option for the right person. Candidates that have established relationships with east-coast casting offices are preferred.

The Talent Manager will work remotely as does the rest of the team-- two managers in Los Angeles, one in Chicago.
Salary/Benefits
This position is commission based, and split will depend on experience.

MARITIME Artists was formed in 2025 by Alexander Valentin-- an established talent manager based in Los Angeles. We currently have two managers in Los Angeles, and one manager in Chicago. We are experiencing rapid growth and hope to add a manager that can operate in the New York market.
