Talent Manager / Junior Talent Manager
Location: Remote (Los Angeles Based)
Compensation: Commission-based (Split commensurate with experience)

The Role:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience as a talent manager for actors, but we are equally open to highly motivated assistants who are ready to make the jump into a Junior Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
--Submit, pitch, and advocate for clients across theatrical, commercial, and/or literary opportunities.
--Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, specifically within the Los Angeles/West Coast markets.
--Scout, sign, and develop new talent to strategically build your roster.
--Manage client auditions, schedules, self-tapes, and bookings.
--Work collaboratively with the broader MARITIME team across all regions

Most desired qualifications:
--Experience working as a talent manager, or as an assistant to a manager/agent at a reputable firm.
--Established relationships with casting directors, agencies, producers, etc. ready to be activated.
--Existing roster of great clients.
--Familiarity with casting platforms such as Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Spotlight, etc.
