Brand Partnerships Manager

This is a Part Time Job

You will be the driving force behind our clients' Social Media monetization strategies. Your primary goal will be to proactively pitch our talent to brands and agencies, negotiate favorable contracts, and manage the end-to-end execution of sponsored campaigns. Additionally, you will leverage your eye for talent to identify and sign new social media influencers, growing our agency's overall footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
--Proactively research, pitch, and secure paid brand partnerships, sponsorships, and ambassadorships for our existing talent roster.
--Respond to, filter, and negotiate inbound partnership inquiries via email and social media.
--Ensure favorable terms, usage rights, and rates for our creators while protecting their personal brands.
--Act as the primary liaison between the brand and the creator, ensuring deliverables are met on time, content is approved, and post-campaign metrics are reported.
--Identify, outreach, and sign new content creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to grow our roster.
--Develop and maintain a strong network of brand contacts, PR agencies, and media buyers.

Most desired qualifications:
--1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media sales.
--Brand contacts and agency relationships ready to be activated.
--Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media algorithms, and monetization features across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms.
--Strong understanding of influencer pricing models (CPM, CPE), exclusivity clauses, and licensing rights.
--A proactive, sales-driven mentality with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
