Boutique management company representing writers and actors looking for an intern, available to start in the next couple of weeks for 3-4 months. The position is unpaid and requires 12-14 hours per week. Wednesdays and Fridays.
In addition, interns are invited to industry events and to sit in on meetings. Tasks include submitting breakdowns, speaking to casting directors, production companies, and agents; answering phone calls and emails; doing script coverage, liaising with clients; keeping schedules; and any other office tasks.
Potential interns must be good at multi-tasking, speaking on the phone, and follow through.
Can use experience for academic credit.
Script Coverage is important. Must be able to read and turn around 1-2 scripts per week.
Maintaining thorough records of all work generated is crucial.
