Intern - Social Media and Fashion PR

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Mannfolk Public Relations, one of the West Coasts leading boutique fashion, beauty and lifestyle PR agencies has openings for interns to join our dynamic team. Our agency is located in charming Larchmont Village, across the street from Paramount Pictures and close to numerous boutiques and restaurants. Our agency specializes in celebrity product placement, blogger outreach, special events and represent exclusive luxury and consumer lifestyle fashion brands.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable interns preferably located in the greater Los Angeles region.
The ideal candidate should:
• Have genuine interest in and solid knowledge of fashion, beauty, pop culture, and lifestyle trends
• Possess excellent social media skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to write creatively
• Be good at speaking on the phone
• Be able to multi-task/thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop

General duties include the following:
• Updating and posting interesting content on our social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wordpress, etc.
• Monitoring and tracking press clippings
• Researching and updating media lists
• Maintaining and keeping track of samples in our showroom
• Tracking delivery and returns of product samples to and from publications, stylists, and bloggers

The internship requires 2 to 3 days a week commitment for four months.
