This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a sharp, kind, and highly organized remote intern to support our growing operations team.
This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit management, community coordination, and the behind-the-scenes systems that help creative organizations thrive. You'll collaborate with our admin, chapter leaders, and board to keep things running smoothly - from programming support to data organization and community updates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Help manage day-to-day nonprofit operations and digital organization (Notion, Google Drive, Circle)
• Assist with member communications, onboarding, and engagement tracking
• Support programming, events, and partner coordination
• Update internal systems, checklists, and community resources
• Attend weekly team check-ins and contribute ideas for improved workflows
DETAILS:
• ~10 hours/week (remote, flexible schedule)
• Length: 3 months (Flexible start/end date)
• Ideal for students or emerging professionals in nonprofit management, arts administration, or entertainment business
• You'll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, community building, and industry networking within a global organization empowering mothers in music
