Intern - Graphics / Tech / Website

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Mamas in Music (MiM) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers and caregivers in the music industry through community, advocacy, and resources. We're looking for a tech-savvy, creative intern to help us enhance our digital presence and keep our platforms running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the intersection of design, technology, and music, and wants to gain real-world experience managing web systems, visuals, and digital communication tools for a mission-driven entertainment nonprofit.

What You'll Do:
• Update and maintain Mamas in Music's websites (Wix)
• Create and upload graphics, banners, and visuals for web + social
• Support with layout design and content updates across platforms (including Circle and Notion)
• Collaborate with our creative and admin teams to refine branding + user experience
• Troubleshoot light tech issues and assist with digital organization

Details:
• ~10 hours/week, remote
• 3 months (start/end flexible)
• Gain hands-on experience in entertainment, tech, and nonprofit operations

Ideal Candidate:
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Familiar with Wix, Squarespace, Canva, Notion, or Google Workspace
• Enjoys problem-solving and visual design
• Reliable, organized, and communicative
• Passionate about music, equity, and supporting women + caregivers
