POSITION SUMMARY
The Mamag Receptionist we are looking for is a proactive, self-motivated, and warm individual. We are looking for a candidate to upkeep, maintain our office environment and experience. The Receptionist is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to their work. Looking for someone who is willing to wear many hats and have a strong sense of integrity in their work no matter the task.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting, checking in, directing and providing front desk support to all guests and clients
• Provide the critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service
• Inform company personnel of visitor arrival
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, answer phone calls and handle internal conference room bookings
• Support company operation by maintaining office systems such as and not limited to purchasing supplies, inventory, returns, shipments etc
• Upkeep the office with light cleaning, organize the reception and common areas
• Address light maintenance needs. Maintaining high standards of office aesthetic and needs
• Design and prepare letters, documents, presentation material, reports etc
• Supporting other staff members in various tasks when needed. Work seamlessly with other departments
• Gatekeeper between the public and Mamag employees
• Create a natural and friendly experience for all from arrival to departure
• Empowered by the space and address what needs to be done
• Coordinate with house maintenance team to track readiness for office use and requests
Qualifications:
• Ability to follow through and see tasks through to completion
• Able to work under pressure and take direction
• Must have strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Self-starter, takes initiative and able to work independently
• Reliable and communicative
• Personable and a great team player
• Great hospitality skills and must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs
