Assistant to CEO and development/production - MakeMake Entertainment
Seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO of a contemporary studio. This EA will also provide scheduling assistance to the internal development and production entities. Due to the nature and volume of work, this position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of personal or entry-level assistant experience and a minimum of at least one recommendation. Agency experience helpful. Candidate should ideally have experience rolling calls, managing multiple calendars, interfacing with internal team members and high profile clients, project research, tracking and exceptional note-taking abilities. This position is multifaceted and requires an individual who is self-motivated, hard working, incredibly organized, confident and reliable in a fast-paced environment, and optimistic.
