Management/Production company, MAKE GOOD Content (MGC) is seeking an ambitious, self-starting assistant for founding manager and producer, Paul Young. MGC was founded by Paul in 2018 and works across talent management, production, and animation with multiple projects in the pipeline on both the live-action and animation fronts. Paul is an Emmy-winning producer who previously founded the management company, Principato-Young Entertainment, PYE (now Artists First). At PYE, Paul built the careers of many iconic artists and during his tenure, PYE produced more than 30 films and television shows, including comedies like KEY & PEELE, BLACK-ISH, and RENO 911.

This is a full-time role based in our Santa Monica office with a small, collaborative & tight-knit team. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and at least one year of desk experience - agency experience preferred, but not required. The job includes administrative duties (rolling calls, scheduling, coordinating travel, general office upkeep, etc.) as well as reading, project tracking, and interfacing with talent and executives. The ideal candidate is interested in both management and producing. Both previous assistants have been promoted and there is plenty of room for the right candidate to be promoted next.
