MAKE GOOD Content, a premiere management company representing comedians, actors, writers, directors, and producers, is seeking an Assistant to Paul Young, the Emmy award winning manager/producer behind Reno 911, Key and Peele, Keanu, and Central Intelligence. Daily responsibilities include handling phones, travel management, scheduling, and making/tracking submissions. Job requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational mindset, and proficiency with PC and Mac. Management or agency experience required, TV Lit experience preferred. The assistant will interface directly with clients and build relationships in the industry. Opportunity for growth. Must be based in Los Angeles.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day office operations
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, and coordinate office meetings
• Coordinate and book business travel arrangements, incl. domestic & intl. flights, hotel, & transportation
• Deal discretely with sensitive and confidential business and personal information
• Interact tactfully with staff at all levels, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and professional
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
• Read, research, and route correspondence; drafting letters and other document.
• Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
• Performs a wide variety of miscellaneous duties as requested
