This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Maison Arts is a boutique record label & music publishing company based in Los Angeles whose focus is to bring a modern approach to the music business with clients benefiting from outstanding creative opportunities, financial transparency and new branding ideas. Maison Arts is seeking a Marketing Intern for the spring semester.
Duties Include:
• Shadow marketing & label department closely to help with certain label functions.
• Hands on experience managing the social media calendar and postings on certain social channels.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Conduct research and source data for internal projects and marketing outreach.
• Learn and support marketing campaigns as assigned on a regular basis.
• Report release statistics.
• Assist newsletter creation for all company updates on a monthly basis.
• Work remotely 10-20 hours per week, flexible with class/work schedules.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying the music business or a related field (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
• Interest in and passion for music of all genres.
• Experience with research.
• Organized with an attention to detail.
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills.
• Expansive knowledge of current music/pop culture landscape.
• Personal computer and phone.
• Remote, but based in LA is a plus
• Canva experience, CapCut experience, Photoshop is a plus
Compensation:
• Course credit for the spring semester (required)
Our Spring interns begin in January.
