Accounting & Finance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting / Excel Expertise:
Manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and day-to-day bill pay for the company and affiliated production entities.
Maintain internal financial tracking systems across multiple executives and projects.
Create and manage detailed Excel workbooks for revenue tracking, invoice logs, commissions, payments, and expense reporting.
Generate and analyze quarterly earnings summaries.
Partner with senior leadership to support financial planning and coordinate deal reporting across a larger group.
Demonstrate fluency in Excel, including formulas, data validation, and cross-sheet automation through Macro codes.
Familiarity with AI-assisted or automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Co-pilot, ChatGPT, or similar) a plus.
Operational / Administrative Support:
Maintain organized digital files, ensuring accuracy across shared documents and ledgers.
Coordinate with agents, managers, and external accountants to ensure timely payment and reporting.
Provide clear and proactive communication with team members and leadership on upcoming financial milestones.
Uphold discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial and client information.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
