Scheduler for Live Events

About the Role:

MagicSnow creates unforgettable snow experiences worldwide and you'll help organize the 60+ people who make it happen. As our Company Scheduler, you'll handle crew scheduling, travel, lodging, logistics, and shipping for more than 50 seasonal productions!

If you love spreadsheets, scheduling puzzles, have incredible attention to detail and a great personality for working with event crews, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:
• Build and manage weekly schedules
• Coordinate hotels, flights, rental vehicles, equipment shipping
• Work closely with Production Coordinators to adjust changing schedules
• Track all logistics in SAP daily (we'll train you if needed)
• Keep communication clear and timely
• Support needs of traveling crew members
• Find and fix any and all errors in all paperwork and communications
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for shipping and scheduling
What We're Looking For:
• Scheduling or production coordination experience
• VERY detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working variable hours, weekends & holidays
• Solid communication and people skills
• Spreadsheet and scheduling software expert (SAP a plus)
• Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for live event production

Details:
• $22-28/hr (depending on experience) + overtime, holiday pay, sick time, QSEHRA benefit
• Hours Full Time, Recurring Seasonal with Off-Season Part Time Opportunities
• 8-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends
• In-Person
