We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Coordinator to support our team in managing digital talent and executing brand partnerships. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media, and brings a strong understanding of the creator economy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to campaign execution and client support.
Responsibilities:
Track inbound and outbound brand and talent opportunities, ensuring accurate, real-time updates across deal sheets, calendars, and Copper
Monitor live talent campaigns and ensure all deliverables are captured, archived, and documented
Assist in partnership execution, including:
Drafting and updating Scopes of Work
Coordinating timelines and deliverables between brand and talent
Ensuring content is delivered on time and in accordance with contract terms
Collecting campaign links and insights for post-campaign reporting
Maintain and update all client-facing collateral (media kits, bios, one-sheets, etc.)
Support contract processing by reviewing and flagging key terms, tracking revisions and approvals, coordinating signatures, and ensuring all final agreements are properly stored and accessible
Draft email communication for outreach or deliverables when needed, ensuring clarity and brand alignment
Stay informed of key brand campaigns, industry events, and competitive activations; surface relevant insights to the team
Support internal team organization through meeting notes, agenda prep, and follow-ups as needed
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media (internship experience counts)
Familiarity with the digital creator economy, including influencer campaigns, brand partnerships, and platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to track contracts, deliverables, and timelines across multiple campaigns
Comfortable communicating with talent and brand representatives
Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage high volumes of information across clients and platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
