This is a Full Time Job
Mack Sennett Studios is seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator who will aid the CEO and Operations Director by overseeing the day-to-day administrative aspects of the Studio. While not mandatory, previous studio experience is a big plus. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic self-starter who is motivated to get in on the ground level of a new business and grow with the company.

• Proven ability to balance and effectively prioritize numerous responsibilities and multi-task with a sense of urgency
• Is a demonstrated team player
Responsibilities and Duties
• Answer phones
• Client relations
• Run errands when necessary
• Business development research for CEO and Operations Director
• Attend and contribute towards weekly forward planning meetings
• Respect the confidentiality regarding client information contained in any rosters, booking systems and within the company
• Liaison between client and stage manager's on production and event days
• Undertake any other relevant administrative tasks and help facilitate ongoing building maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
General Qualifications
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must possess and maintain an automobile in good working condition with appropriate auto insurance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for MAC
• Skills in basic web-page maintenance and all forms of online social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
