Position Overview:

As we embark on our journey into the unscripted entertainment industry, we are in search of a highly motivated and diligent individual to lead our Unscripted Department. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and has prior experience in talent representation or management, preferably in the unscripted sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and growth of our Unscripted Department, providing vision and guidance to your team.
Talent Representation: Identify and secure opportunities for our clients in the unscripted entertainment space, leveraging your extensive industry network.
Client Advocacy: Offer strategic counsel to clients, negotiate contracts, and manage all facets of talent representation.
Industry Savvy: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging talent, and market developments to capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client representation and satisfaction.
Diligent Management: Keep meticulous records of client bookings, negotiations, and project timelines.
Communication Excellence: Foster a culture of professionalism and effective communication within the department.
