Intern - Production

This is a Freelance Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Fall 2023
Internship Duration: Spring 2024

Role: Internship. Assist in producing feature film, Morse Code. This role will work alongside the production assistant. Must be a self-starter, comfortable working with minimal direction. Up to 10 hours a week plus 2 production days (8 hours per day) each month.

Responsibilities:
Pre Production
• Recruit actors for the project
• Develop calendar with shooting dates, table reads, rehearsals, location trips
• Create actors group chat
• Create contact sheet for all project participants including titles and contact information
• Coordinate production schedule with rehearsal dates and location details
• Manage script breakdowns according to scene including dates and times
• Location scouting and booking
• Update IG project page
-manage marketing, promotion and advertising to include Film Festivals, YouTube

Production
• Participate during shooting dates
• Onsite coordinator for needs of director day of shoots
• Coordinator with actors with regards to dates/times/dress and other information
