The founder of a fashion design studio is seeking a smart, detail-oriented part-time Personal/Executive Assistant to help manage a dynamic and elegant lifestyle - spanning business, travel, personal, and household affairs.
What you'll do in the first month:
Oversee and execute a Texas domicile transition checklist (DMV, IRS, FAA, voter registration, etc.)
Prepare summaries and comparison research (e.g., concierge medical services, condo bylaws)
Coordinate address changes for businesses, banks, insurance, and memberships
Communicate with legal, accounting, and trust teams on document updates and filings
What you'll do most of the time:
Occasionally drive the couple to/from business meetings, appointments, or errands
Shop for household or lifestyle needs (groceries, supplies, gift items, etc.)
Assist with luxury purchases, online orders, and vendor communications
Coordinate entertainment (arranging dinner reservations, booking tickets to shows, etc.)
Book appointments, track deadlines, and manage follow-ups
Document and streamline personal and business systems
You bring:
A valid Texas driver's license and a willingness/confidence to drive an on-the-go executive to the airport, business meetings, and appointments
A genuine desire to help others
A willingness to work flexible hours, primarily U.S. daytime hours
Prior experience supporting an executive, creative professional, or private couple/household
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and digital tools
Professional, concise communication (written and verbal)
A high level of confidentiality, discretion and trust
Basic familiarity with Apple/iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Outlook, and digital filing
Experience with business filings, estate updates, or project coordination is a bonus
Schedule & Compensation:
The role averages 15 - 25 per week, and weekly hours will fluctuate depending on the couple's travel schedule and active project phases
A monthly retainer of $3,500
3-month contract role with the opportunity to transition to a part-time or full-time employment
