Executive Studio Assistant

Seeking a Remote Studio Assistant for a prominent composer-producer-songwriter.

The right candidate will have:
• Functional skills in Pro Tools, Logic, and Sibelius.
• Excellent communication and correspondence skills.
• Reliable internet access.
• An interest in music for media (TV/film/theatre).
• A strong work ethic.

Tasks will include:
• Managing media assets.
• Creating and combining Pro Tools sessions.
• Reviewing Pro Tools sessions files for accuracy.
• Reviewing stems for bounce errors.
• Managing media assets on standard cloud services.
• Potentially Sibelius copy work.
• Liaison communication with clients and collaborators.
• Liaison communication with vendors and professional services (lawyers, agents, rental houses etc.).
• Attending executive calls, creative meetings, and recording sessions to track and monitor project activity.
• Possible travel/logistics research.
• Other miscellaneous managerial and potential line producer level tasks.
