Full Time Job
This is an opportunity to work in the digital, fast-paced world of the WNBA with the Los Angeles Sparks. The Coordinator will work directly with the Corporate Partnerships Director and the Corporate Partnerships team. The Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all activations associated with the Corporate Partnerships department. This includes fulfilling all contractual elements with each client, including integrated signage, promotions, internet advertising, hospitality, tickets and all other marketing resources. The Corporate Partnerships department generates revenue for the organization by developing strategic partnerships for the team, inclusive of media, signage, promotions, digital, print, suites, tickets and all other team marketing assets. This is a seasonal position with the Sparks.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Primary day-to-day contact for all corporate partners
• Planning and executing day-to-day activation operations
• Manage and service contractual elements for each partner
• Track and assure fulfillment of contractual obligations to Sparks partners
• Manage activation process to develop and grow current clients along with identifying new business opportunities
• Assist in all aspects of activation including game night, corporate and community events
• Oversee all major deliverables (i.e. signage, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met
• Work closely with the department to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the various projects and deliverables
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, qualify standards are met, and that projects are profitable
• Work with the sales team in finalizing agreements including developing strategic touchpoint plans for each partner
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to strategically create positive publicity for the team
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in Sales, Broadcasting, Marketing, or other closely related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sponsorship or related experience
• Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong personnel management, communication, organizational and time-management skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
• Professional image and demeanor

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed
