Full Time Job
We are the Los Angeles Sparks and this is an opportunity for you be part of the digital, dynamic world of the WNBA. This role will report directly to the Director, Member Relations and strive to build customer loyalty and satisfaction by delivering unique experiences, creating relationships through personal touch points and by providing clear and consistent communication with integrity to secure our clients long term commitment to, and confidence in, our organization. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Core Functions
• Develop, maintain, enhance and strengthen relationships with our Season Ticket Members
• Renew, up sell, cross-sell current membership base across multiple ticket plan products
• Build strong relationships with customer base through dedicated communication that includes, seat visits, touch points, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels;
• Handle all day to day aspects of customer service, such as seating issues, arena complaints, ticket add-ons, billing management, etc.;
• Actively communicate with and anticipate the needs of our customers by being an authority on the products and services
• Responsible for leading own client touch point plan which consist of phone calls, in-office visits, in-arena seat visits and interactions at special events.
• Find opportunities to grow business through referrals from existing customers;
• Provide support to the Member Relations team to improve member retention and delivery of outstanding customer service
• Assist with planning and executing year-round member events
• Ensure the prompt resolution of issues and concerns to drive member dedication, including occasional outbound and inbound calls, e-mails, and in- person meetings, processing payments, relocation requests, account transfers, ticketing issues, and any other account related duties for 24/7 Members
• Assist with conducting research on improving member experiences
• Handle assigned season ticket member events and client experiences including, but not limited to: annual team events, member receptions, chalk talks, gift mailings, renewal and benefit mailings, seat relocation event, business networking events, new buyer events and events with Perform game day responsibilities as assigned

• Shown experience using relationship based selling skills over the phone, through writing, and in-person communication channels

Experience & Education
• A Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
• Minimum Two to three years of customer service, retention, sales or marketing

Technical Knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience with AXS Ticketing preferred
