Full Time Job
Position Summary: This position focuses on three main functions: game; (i) providing Lakers organization with IT support; (ii) providing IT support for events at the UCLA Health Training Center, and (iii) providing afterhours IT Support.
Key metrics used to evaluate performance:
• Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
• Number of IT issues resolved/ time to resolution
• Employee feedback
Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities**):
**Responsibilities subject to change based on organizational needs and direction from management.
Education/Certification:
• Must hold at least one of these Certifications: Microsoft MCP or Greater, Cisco CCNA or Greater, or the Comptia A or greater.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Previous experience:
• Minimum of three (5) years of experience installing and maintaining enterprise computer systems and other IT infrastructure.
• Has experience working within a ticketing system
• Experience with Server maintenance and backups
• Experience writing simple How-to documentation for users
• Experience working in sports or entertainment a plus
• Office 365

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift a min of 50lbs.
Location: El Segundo (offices M-F and all SB Lakers games), downtown Los Angeles (Staples Center for all Laker home games), all pre-season games, and other occasional off-site events, as needed
Travel: Less than 5% of the time; willing travel to all pre-season game locations
Hours: Regular office hours, except on home game days. Overtime is mandatory; must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
