DTLA Film Festival -- a leading showcase for independent films in Los Angeles -- is now accepting applications for its summer internship program, effective immediately.
Selected candidates will be required to work 6-8 hours per week on a schedule of their choice. Responsibilities will include assisting senior staff in research, communications & marketing and programming. This is a 100% remote internship, so selected candidates can live anywhere to participate in the internship. Assignments are discussed in weekly video conferences.
Qualified candidates will have a keen interest in film-TV, preferably with a background film-TV studies, production or criticism, or a background in marketing, PR and communications.
This internship will provide insight and behind-the-scenes knowledge of the production of a film festival.
