Duties/Responsibilities:
Gameday responsibilities:
• Curate goodie bags/envelopes for in-game deliveries and update calendar to reflect completed requests
• Prepare equipment for gameday Fan Services Representative (FSR) teams
• Listen to and log Dodger Hotline/866-DODGERS voicemails
• Categorize and respond to fan feedback emails
• Issue and inventory gameday fan/team member equipment and supplies
• Monitor and enforce quality control of FSR team
• Assist with fan ingress/directions
• Visit and assist FSRs in game
Non gameday responsibilities:
• Fulfill certificate and digital fan pack requests
• fulfill mailed item requests
• Log and reunite lost and found items
• Complete data reports of fan engagement and gameday activities
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Interest in fan engagement and customer service
• Possess excellent organizational. record keeping. and planning skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva
• Ability to be mobile for 4 to 7 hours per shift, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
• Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Passionate about working for a professional sports team
• Proactive and out of the box thinking
This is a non-renewable internship and will conclude at the end of the scheduled 10-week program.
