Full Job Description
Videographer / Editor
Los Angeles Dodgers
Department: Digital Marketing
Status: Part-Time
Reports to: Director, Media Productions

Location: Los Angeles, CA, US
The Videographer / Editor is responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content for in-stadium presentation, online platforms, marketing initiatives, and broadcast use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform advanced post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and Audition
• Execute video production including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Operate Sony a7s, FS5, FX3, FX6, and FS7 cameras
• Utilize DJI Ronin S and M stabilizers and GoPro cameras
• Set up and work with lighting systems including Arri, HMI, and Kino Flo kits
• Manage green screen workflows from production through post-production
• Write scripts ranging from 30-second commercials to long-form storytelling features
• Deliver content in multiple compression formats and resolutions for web, television, LED displays, and video on demand
Qualifications
• Demo reel or work samples required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of professional video production experience, with strong preference for sports production
• Ability to work onsite, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to travel to Glendale, AZ for Spring Training support
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
