The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team. Our team is passionate about technology and focused on delivering outstanding services to our team members, fans and community. The candidate will be supporting stadium ticketing and media access control system, Loyalty program initiatives, IPTV, digital signage and provide event support. We are looking for a highly motivated technology professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is excited about new technologies and keeping up with them?.
Job Functions:
• Support and maintain IPTV solutions and Digital Signage platform using specialized manufacturers software
• Troubleshoots and repairs existing IPTV installed systems utilizing specialized manufacturer's software
• Install and aligns projectors, video screens, video walls, and way-finders
• Support and maintain all access control hardware and software
• Perform daily preparations, testing and event support
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of access control hardware
• Provide training and education and support of various departments related to access control
• Provide support in the fulfillment of all special projects related to Dodgers Loyalty Program
• Contribute to the development and fulfillment of ticketing promotions, Dodgers Loyalty Program, and promotional campaigns for ticket sales products
• Coordinate with food service and concessions staff to ensure proper training of concessions staff and remedy hardware issues
• Coordinate with the Stadium Operations and Guest Services department regarding access control
• Coordinate with Fan Hosts and Game Day staff for proper game day procedures
• Provide exceptional service to maintain positive relationships with third-party technology partners and Los Angeles Dodgers staff
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience troubleshooting and supporting tech hardware and software in a professional setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to organize and prioritize workload efficiently
• Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials and issues as appropriate
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
