GENERAL PURPOSE
The role of the Tour Lead is to serve as the point person between tours, tour guides, and stadium staff on days when the tour supervisor is unavailable or offsite.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support tours as a tour representative that is front of house at all times
• Greet and check in tour guests
• Assist tour guides and guests with the Dodgers Dugout AR Experience
• Assist with ADA guests as needed
• Assist with special requests/duties as assigned
• Lead tours as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum two years related work experience and/or training in customer service
• Basic knowledge of technology a plus
• Public speaking/theatrical performance experience preferred
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of Dodger Stadium and club history
• Provide exceptional customer service to stadium visitors
• Possess the ability to conduct all interactions in a professional manner
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude
• Must be comfortable speaking to a large and diverse audience
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
• Possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to be flexible with schedule and daily assignments including weekends, holidays and evenings
• Able to stand or walk long distances for extended periods of time
• General knowledge of baseball is a plus
• Bilingual – Spanish, Korean, Japanese a plus
