Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour*

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for a Social, Content Producer to join our expanding social team. The Content Producer reports to the Director, Social Media and is responsible for designing, concepting and launching innovative digital assets across Dodgers social media. The Content Producer will work with the Manager, Digital Content to create both custom video and graphic design content that is tailored to the digital landscape and customized for social best practices.
The ideal candidate is driven, passionate about digital content creation, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses the perfect blend of video and graphic design prowess to produce highly creative online materials. We are looking for an entry to mid-level professional who is quick to adapt to changes in design and direction and still maintain a high level of execution in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Create custom videos tailored for social media
• Ability to shoot both photo and video if needed
• Assist with content strategy around TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Monitor social media, news and pop culture to stay up to date on trends
• Work gamedays and assist the social team with editing content in real time
• Perform other social media related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• 2 years experience in social content creation
• Experience in post-production, including short-and longer-form video editing, basic grading and sound mixing
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop
• Prior sports/entertainment experience is highly preferred
• A passion for detail and forward-thinking creative solutions
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Embraces constructive criticism and change
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
