The Los Angeles Dodgers Productions works within the Marketing & Broadcasting Department and handles the in-house production needs of the organization. Those needs include in-game entertainment, television commercials in English and Spanish, community event coverage, internal projects, and assisting with marketing and social media assets.

Position Skills and Qualifications:
• Background in video editing, camera work, motion graphics, and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of pre and post-production work flow.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) is required.
• Previous experience working with various cameras such as Fs7, Fs5, A7siii, other Mirrorless DSLRs and cinema cameras is preferred.
• Understanding of green screen productions is encouraged.
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of sports and baseball is preferred, including gameday and office responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with professional athletes.
• Ability to work in a group setting, and collaborate with multiple people.
• Looking for a go-getter who can handle taking direction and following instructions.
• Confidence in ability to handle a project from start to finish by themselves.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Current student with a graduation date of December 2023/January 2024 OR within one year post graduation.
• Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program during the summer months .
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Passionate about working for a professional sports team.
• Proactive and out of the box thinking.
