Job Functions:
• Provide administrative support, including phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence
• Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives
• Record, compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain office supply inventories, including Workplace entries
• Assist with assembling sales proposals, pitches and client meetings
• Assist with global partnership hospitality touchpoints including distribution of tickets, escorting of guests for batting practice, pregame activities, and stadium tours
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for SVP, Global Partnerships and other Sr. Management members of department
• Maintain revenue, sales reports and contracts for the department
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry and mailing
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Audit and submit expense reports
• Handle department mailings and shipping needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
• Minimum one year experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use and operation of standard office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SalesForce and SportsDigita preferred
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sponsor information
• Must be proactive and able to think quickly and independently
• Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
