Lord Danger, a hybrid live-action/design-driven production company in Los Angeles, seeks a full-time, staff Senior Producer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years working at a similar company looking to grow into a Senior Producer role and eventually, an Executive Producer role.
The ideal candidate:
Should have extensive experience building plans and managing projects with complicated post pipelines including CG, vfx, motion graphics, editorial, color correction, sound design, music, and cel animation. This includes technical aspects such as delivery formats, codecs, frame rates as well common tools - spreadsheets, calendars, Gantt charts, etc.
Should have impeccable client skills, communicating effectively to keep the client informed, their expectations managed, and their impression excessively positive.
Should understand and practice risk mitigation, structuring projects and making decisions to protect the client and the studio from unnecessary risk.
Should work well with team members composed of people from diverse backgrounds - including artists as well other producers, accounting, and support staff.
Should feel comfortable bidding and scheduling projects with minimal supervision.
Should have a can-do attitude. There are solutions for almost everything and we feel that the best way to see those solutions is to believe they're there.
Should have a sense of humor and a kind demeanor. We're fun, decent people and we want to work with the same.
We offer a generous salary commensurate with experience and a benefits package. Interested individuals should send an email with a link to one's cover letter, resumé, and reel/website.
