Account Coordinator (Sales)
The Role
We are a small team, so we focus on delivering unparalleled experiences to our big name clients. Looped has been a remote-first company since 2018, with employees primarily in NYC, Los Angeles and the SF Bay area.
We obsess over moving quickly, while not missing the details. We're currently at the top of the market in virtual events, and we don't intend to lose our footing as the best of the best. We are fiercely competitive, agile perfectionists, and trustworthy collaborators. And, our customers are celebrities, so expect to speak with them often.
As a technology company in entertainment, our proprietary technology wins us our clients, but the experience our accounts team provides is what keeps them coming back time and time again. We are looking for team members who feel comfortable demoing our technology to our clients, speaking knowledgeably about the virtual entertainment business, and converting leads into new Looped clients.
As an account coordinator at Looped, you will work throughout the end-to-end sales experience for clients, bringing in new customers to join our growing client list (including Pandora, iHeartMedia, Verizon, Live Nation, T?Mobile, CAA, ICM, UTA, WME, Amazon Studios, Netflix, Dick Clark Productions and more). You will lead the concepting to help our clients develop their first event, and work closely with them to then turn the first event into a reality. You will own administrative tasks for your account manager, taking care of scheduling, invoices, and day-to- day task management. Ultimately, your goal is to help your account manager delight clients with creative proposals, a trusted thought-partner and impeccable client service, while also working to secure new business. Knowing how to talk to entertainment and celebrity clients, feeling comfortable creating pitch decks, and the ability to brainstorm new event concepts is a must. We quickly promote strong performers to account managers of their own.
