This is a Part Time Paid Internship
THE POSITION – SOCIAL PROJECT INTERN
The Social Project Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Social team across active campaigns and projects. This person will help track progress, manage timelines, and ensure that no project gets stuck. Acting as a ''quarterback'' across campaigns, you'll help maintain visibility on the current stage of each project and keep the ball moving toward completion.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Project Tracking & Workflow Support
• Track and update the status of all active social projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on schedule.
• Maintain organization across tasks and deadlines using Asana, Slack, and shared calendars.
• Help identify bottlenecks and flag projects that may need attention or resources to stay on track.
• Support in preparing weekly or biweekly project status reports.
Team Communication & Coordination
• Act as a central point of contact between Creative, Social, and Production teams.
• Help schedule check-ins or stand-up meetings as needed to align priorities.
• Ensure next steps are clearly communicated to the right people at the right time.
Content & Social Support
• Assist with asset organization, file management, and version tracking for content in production.
• Help review or proof content (copy, images, video) for quality control before posting.
• Support the team during key moments like tour announcements, campaign launches, and live event coverage.
Process & System Optimization
• Help identify ways to make workflows smoother and improve team efficiency.
• Learn and help implement best practices for project tracking and team communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University seeking internship experience in marketing, social media, or project management.
• Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior Standing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator - able to clearly summarize project updates and next steps.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Airtable preferred.
• Passion for music, live events, and social media culture.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack.
• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset - eager to help keep projects moving forward.
This program is during Spring 2026.
