WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Team Member Recruitment, Training, Development and Management Responsibilities:
• Development of Hourly Team Members
• Discipline
• Conflict Resolution
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Standards
• Communication
• Floor Management Functions
Ensuring Optimal Guest Experience
• Ability to give proper recognition to Members, Live Nation Executives and VIP's to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
• Serve as a resource of information for all Members regarding their experience
• Ensures that all special events are executed properly, to the guests' satisfaction
• Must possess a solid understanding of the nightlife industry, promotions and industry trends
• Guest Relations & Membership Fulfillment
Enhance Revenue/ Controlling Costs
• Assist that Food & Beverage COGS, controllables and labor are within budgetary guidelines
• Participates in developing long and short term plans for revenue growth and cost control measures
• Generate/Enhance Revenue
• Execute nightly programming that fosters increase in guest count and incremental sales
• Execute on initiatives developed by VIP Services or sales team
Vibe, Atmosphere and Maintenance within the venue
• Creates and maintains an environment of high energy vibe
• Ensures atmosphere of the room adheres to standards including but not limited to; lighting, sound level, music selection, furniture placement and décor.
• Manages physical plant/facility to ensure proper repair and maintenance
• Maintains Cleanliness standards at its highest

• Restaurant/music hall operations; up-scale dining procedures; wine knowledge; purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as it applies to liquor/bar product; computers (Windows environment: spreadsheets, word processing, databases); budgeting; cost of sales; P&L statements; basic accounting/payroll reporting; training programs; nightlife operations and trends
Entry Level Knowledge Of:
• Legal and HR issues with regard to the hospitality industry (federal, state and local law regarding liquor, labor and health code regulations); POS systems, band booking procedures; retail operations; box office operations; promotions
Interpersonal Skills:
• Exhibits positive attitude, maintains objective view, listens empathetically, organized and focused, thinks creatively, maintains composure, shows respect, communicates assertively, maintains personal integrity
Ability To:
• Handle various projects at one time, coordinate membership activities, lead, make good decisions, delegate, follow up, communicate with staff and guests in a positive manner
Special Requirements (Licenses, Certificates, Professional, etc.):
• High School diploma required, College preferred, T.I.P.S. certification or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in up-scale restaurant and/or in a live music club or nightlife industry
