THE JOB
We are seeking a bilingual Full-Time Ticketing Coordinator for the Live Nation Concerts division.
The Full-Time Ticketing Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the regional Latin Ticketing team through a high volume of events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization and precision in their work scope. The ability to communicate with respect and diplomacy across all levels of business, and maintaining knowledge of current ticketing trends in entertainment industry are essential elements to this position. Dedication to completing daily tasks and taking a proactive approach on incoming requests will provide overall success to the team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Process ticket requests for events across Southern California.
• Maintain reconciliation reports and communicate regularly with finance teams.
• On site support at venues on night of show in the Los Angeles area.
• Assist with event building and inventory maintenance on Ticketmaster (TM1 and Host).
• Adhere to Live Nation ticketing initiatives, programs, policies, and procedures.
• General administrative duties such as updating calendars, inputting data, building spreadsheets, and more.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
• Flexible schedule: ability to work in-office hours + evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel to venues throughout the LA area
• Ability to communicate and work positively with co-workers and industry contacts via phone, email, conference calls, and during events.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in a Box Office/Entertainment Venue not required, but a plus.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster or any other ticketing platforms is required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.00 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
