College Associate, Fan & Partner Research (Partner Research)
PROGRAM COMMITMENT
The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026
To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program's training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. THE JOB
This role will assist the Measurement group by providing key support across all areas of the business and assisting in three central areas of focus, namely: sales, analytics, and brand management. This person will aid with post festival reporting, data analysis, and storytelling to support the measurement teams key stakeholders.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Analyze data to identify the impact of brand & partner sponsorship
• Distill and organize information from vast data sets for partner and event deliverables
• Provide support to manager in creating story-driven data visualizations and presentations for partners
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Currently pursuing a degree in Market Research, Analytics, or other related field
• Eagerness to learn quantitative research methodologies and survey methodologies
• Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau and SQL is required
• A baseline understanding of the marketing measurement ecosystem
• A creative problem solver who embraces new challenges
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Passionate about live music, media, and culture
