PROGRAM COMMITMENT

THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources College Associate to join the Media & Sponsorship HR team across core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions and the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking data.
• Help manage and track HR data, reporting, and analytics to ensure data accuracy and insights.
• Contribute to learning, training, and employee-experience programs (e.g., manager development, engagement surveys, recognition programs).
• Participate in special projects that offer exposure to all HR disciplines - from compensation planning to organizational design.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of how HR drives business results across a large, matrixed organization.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
• Collaborative and eager to learn multiple areas of HR
