THE JOB
As a Summer Intern in Artist & Promoter Relations, you'll gain hands-on experience in how tours are planned, launched, and reported on. This role supports a global team, with employees based in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC and as a Summer Intern you'll play a critical role in the tactical execution of these global tours.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Assist with administrative departmental functions such as internal record-keeping and best practices, managing onsale pipeline, monthly reporting, information gathering + distribution as needed. Ensure correct, timely and accurate delivery of such reports.
• Work alongside cross-functional groups, including, but not limited to, event and marketplace operations, event programming, marketing, finance, legal, product, abuse prevention, and others, to initiate and execute tour projects within the constraints of tight, and often fluid, time deadlines
• Take lead on two dedicated intern projects with the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
