Creative Operations Intern - Spring 2026
THE POSITION
Are you looking for a hands-on internship within the live entertainment industry? Our paid Creative Operations Internship provides real-world experience for students interested in creative workflow, project management, and digital asset management. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to how creative campaigns are built, managed, distributed, and scaled across a national portfolio of venues.
You'll work closely with our Creative Operations team to provide project management support and contribute to workflow/process automations, while also organizing assets, supporting campaign workflows, maintaining brand standards, and guiding cross-team communication. This is a part-time, on-site role (up to 25 hours/week) during Spring 2026.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support project managers by tracking creative deliverables, timelines, and status updates.
• Participate in creative intake, briefing documentation, and routing deliverables for review and approval.
• Help maintain brand consistency across creative deliverables and venue communications.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on final files before release or upload.
• Contribute to building workflow efficiencies and light automations.
• Join team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and workflow planning discussions.
• Organize, upload, and tag creative assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (Brandfolder / Box).
• Provide general day-to-day support across Creative Operations as needed.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll collaborate closely with teams across Creative and Venue Marketing, including:
• Director of Creative Operations – guiding workflow strategy and priorities.
• Creative Operations Manager – overseeing daily creative products, processes and execution.
• Project Managers – ensuring timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
• Digital Asset Manager – structuring and maintaining asset/content organization within DAM platforms.
• Creative Directors, Designers, Production Agencies - seeing how ideas evolve from concept to final.
• Marketers - collaborating on venue-specific projects and creative outreach.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Learn how a creative campaign is run from start to finish.
• Gain experience with workflow systems and operational automations to improve process efficiency.
• Learn how to effectively communicate within a creative environment.
• Hone your project management skills and learn how to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with internal / external creative teams and stakeholders.
• Develop professional creative communication and presentation skills; as well as strategic and analytical thinking - through creative meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Learn about creative operations, brand identity, brand voice, content creative as storytelling, and fan loyalty.
• Develop an understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM), including structure, metadata, versioning, and distribution.
• Sit in on meetings with internal and external stakeholders, gaining exposure to real-world cross-team communication, creative feedback loops, and vendor/agency collaboration.
• Learn about the current state of AI in creative and operations workflows, how it supports teams, and where it enhances (not replaces) human creative thinking.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• - ?Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, or recent graduate (6 months); Preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Media.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and Google Suite.
• Strong Knowledge of Asana, Slack, Canva, and BOX.
• Familiar knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, print, digital audio and visual graphics.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Passion for the music and live entertainment industry.
