THE JOB

This social media savy professional will primarily be responsible for supporting onsite influencer activations across owned and operated venues throughout the country. This individual will plan, coordinate, strategeize and executure multiple content shoots per week ensuring guidelines are meticulously followed. This person must be available to travel multiple times a week across the entire duration of the contract. They will also be expected to joing daily briefing calls and provide updates the the team. Reporting into the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, this enthusiastic professional will be responsible for all event and content capture logistics.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Prepare day of show itinerary for influencers
• Obtain and distribute campaign brief/tickets tickets to influencers
• Coordinate with influencers to determine day of show meeting point
• Participate in influencer briefing calls
• Provide influencer with tour of venue while going over potential shooting locations
• Assist influencer with onsite content capture
• Ensure influencer has captured high quality content that is detailed on the brief
• Collect all relevant images and videos from influencer and upload to a shared drive
• Provide support in creative brainstorm sessions
• Provide support in onbarding influencer to the Live Nation Influencer Network

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1-2 years of experience in social media production and/or influencer marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Meida, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
• Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wrangling (weekends included)
• Experience with working with influencers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be highly organized
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
