THE JOB
We are looking for a confident, creative, highly organized & content-obsessed Social Media Producer who will support the Content Marketing team to deliver always-on content, editorial storytelling and high-impact paid social campaigns across a variety of marketing channels. You are a detail-oriented, relationship-driven individual who is passionate about content, social, and the future of marketing. You work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, adept at balancing multiple projects at the same time and comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders and personalities while remaining calm under pressure. You are a strong communicator, passionate and motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and bags of initiative. A self-starter, and you see things through to completion - no job is too big or too small. You are passionate about music and being part of a team that connects fans to the artists they love.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support the Senior Social Director and Creative Director to produce new Social content franchises across LN Social Feeds (focus on IG, TikTok and YT)
• Balance planned content franchises with agile, real-time storytelling by identifying opportunities around artists, cultural moments and social trends that create value for fans and drive engagement across Live Nation social channels
• Act as social marketing lead on various projects to drive social creative strategy, oversee social distribution plans, and post timelines
• Create on-the-fly social-first video content tailored for various artists and social platforms (by yourself, with other team members, vendors, and Creators)
• Attend and cover events including but not limited to festivals, premieres, industry events, pop-ups, etc., to support client and stakeholder needs for Live Nation social feeds
• Spend roughly one-third of your time managing paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube, leading strategy and execution from planning through optimization, including audience targeting, creative recommendations, budget allocation and performance analysis to maximize campaign performance and drive audience growth
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of concert industry-related content
• Communicate and project manage effectively across various channels (Asana, Email, Slack, etc.)
• Proficient copywriter with ability to adapt tone of voice across platforms for multiple artists/genres
• Finger on the pulse of music and culture news, spotting storytelling opportunities and social trends to bring to the team for consideration
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Experience adjusting priorities based on new requests and existing deadlines while operating in a fast-paced work environment
• Highly organized with a creative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team-player mentality
• 4-5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, public relations, or otherwise relevant role
• Proven success creating and publishing content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X)
• Demonstrated success executing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube, including management of significant media budgets
• Ability to film on-the-fly mobile phone content for social feeds
• Understanding of and interest in the live entertainment industry (both concerts & comedy) - superfans welcome!
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of social media management tools (Sprout, Later, or similar software)
• Previous experience managing or mentoring 1–2 direct reports is preferred
