
Senior Research Analyst, Fan and Partner

THE JOB
You will lead recurring reporting workstreams, conduct advanced analysis, and build compelling data visualizations and reports. You will support insight development and storytelling across research initiatives and help guide junior team members while collaborating cross-functionally. You will also work with internal stakeholders including sales, integrated marketing, festival teams, and brand management to deliver data-informed recommendations and strengthen collaboration across departments.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own recurring research deliverables including survey analysis, dashboards, and crosstab interpretation
• Lead survey programming, testing, and data cleaning across ongoing and custom research studies
• Conduct deeper data analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Tableau
• Build recurring deliverables, dashboards, and reports for internal teams
• Create topline insights summaries and visualizations to support client deliverables and internal needs
• Help identify emerging trends and themes across internal and external datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic storytelling
• Contribute to client-facing presentations and recaps
• Support pitch development and other ad-hoc research requests across the team
• Participate in execution of the team's annual research priorities and initiatives
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in market research, analytics, or insights
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency in survey platforms and dashboarding tools (Qualtrics, Tableau, Survey Monkey)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience running crosstabs, statistical testing, or open-end coding
• Working knowledge of SPSS, R, SQL, or Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (YouGov, MRI-Simmons)
• Strong ability to manage deadlines, analyze data accurately, and communicate findings clearly
• Experience building data visualizations and automated reports
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally
• Clear storytelling instincts and ability to craft basic presentations
• Passion for understanding fan behavior and turning insights into impact

The expected compensation for this position is: $80,000 - $85,000
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
