LN Concerts, Senior Manager – Ticketing
THE JOB
Live Nation Concerts is seeking a qualified Ticketing Senior Manager to manage ticket operations for its marquee-promoted shows in third-party venues. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, proven communication, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing processes, a robust understanding of multiple ticketing systems, strong customer service skills, and a track record of fostering strong working relationships with artist management, senior executives, partners, and clients at all levels of an organization.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Direct and support ticketing providers and tour partners on all operational aspects related to ticketing for Live Nation's largest touring clients.
• Communicate and oversee the setup of all required tour offers, inventory requests, tour production and other ticketing information for show build to the venue box offices.
• Working directly with Regional/Local Booking teams to keep information flowing and offer ticketing strategy options.
• Provide support and guidance to artist clients and tour personnel when tour offers are being determined.
• Continue development of venue partnerships.
• Provide teams with proven solutions for any upcoming issues with projects.
• Monitor and maintain event inventory and seat holds, hold releases, flex pricing, rescaling and dynamic pricing for assigned tours.
• Provide ongoing reporting to touring team, Live Nation executives, and tour personnel from the first day of presales through the final event date.
• Communicate regularly with promoters, Ticketmaster staff, Live Nation Ticketing staff, vendors, customers and affiliated parties
• Oversee tour-wide ticket requests.
• Collect and analyze inventory data across multiple ticketing platforms.
• QA events across tours to ensure accurate and consistent event information and set-up.
• Adhere to Live Nation ticketing initiatives, programs, policies and procedures.
• Dedicated time in office, minimum 3 days per week.
• On-site support at local events.
• Supporting overall workload of SoCal Ticketing team and continued training of Managers and Coordinators.
• Overseeing Ticketing staffing needs.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5+ years experience as a box office manager or ticketing representative
• Strong knowledge of Box Office operations.
• Versed knowledge of Ticketmaster and other ticketing systems, ability to build events on EMT.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Docs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide leadership, prioritize, organize, motivate, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, and communicate.
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
