THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, creative, and passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves building, shipping, and iterating quickly. You'll play a key role in turning ambiguous business problems into robust, production-ready solutions. This is an opportunity to influence product direction and work across the technology stack in a highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both back-end and front-end development, owning and evolving meaningful parts of products and their underlying systems. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take a leadership role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions. This role will be focused on shipping features end-to-end – design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance – along with contributing to architectural and technical decisions as the products mature.
Above all else, candidates must have proven problem-solving ability. If you are a passionate technologist who can get a lot done while having fun, come join a team of like-minded, skilled professionals where you can learn and share your knowledge!
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Deliver software to enable new product initiatives and own the balance between time to launch, ability to pivot, and ability to scale
• Work closely with other teams to understand real problems and translate them into product features with appropriate technical solutions
• Collaborate with coworkers in product, design, data, and operations to ensure solutions interoperate well with our cloud infrastructure, web-based tools, mobile applications, and third-party services
• Architect and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Collaborate with other developers to analyze project requirements and provide strategic technical insights
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide feedback to other members of the larger engineering organization
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience and a track record of building impactful products or systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Comfort working within an Agile software development lifecycle (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency with modern version control systems (e.g. Github, Gitlab), software development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with developing system architectures using cloud infrastructure (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
• Back-end development experience using Python, Ruby, Node.js, Go, or similar languages
• Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks
• Experience leveraging RESTful APIs and scalable service-oriented architectures
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
