THE TEAM
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB
This is a remarkable opportunity for a highly experienced and strategic Creative Director to join the North America Marketing leadership team. As a senior leader in this role, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking creative concepts to support brand, product, and category marketing initiatives. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing an innovative and performant content strategy including design, copy, video, and editorial content. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US, ensuring impactful and consistent fan-facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand.
In this influential position, you will showcase your passion for creative development and design, leveraging your extensive experience in developing content for consumer tech platforms. As the Head of Content, you will provide direct management of the Creative Design & Content, Creative Operations and Editorial and be accountable for generating content across all marketing and media channels.

You will bring thought leadership and exceptional storytelling skills, seamlessly blending business objectives and assets with the pulse of sports, music, and popular culture. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team and Marketplace Organization, you will creatively solve business challenges.
Leading a team of talented creative, designers, copy writers and editors will be a pivotal part of your role. You will work closely with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and create impactful content. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be instrumental in achieving outstanding results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assume direct leadership of the Content, Creative Operations and Editorial teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflows. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end creative process, resource management, project prioritization, and timely execution of deliverables.
• Guiding and elevating the creative design and review process. With your expertise, you will provide strategic direction, offer feedback, and ensure the development of visually stunning and engaging design assets that align with Tech brand guidelines.
• Lead the editorial content development efforts. This includes managing a team of writers, ensuring the creation of compelling and SEO-optimized written content.
• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the brand's goals. Your strategies will encompass various channels and formats, including websites, blogs, social media, and other relevant platforms, to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
• You will foster strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and senior executives. By understanding their goals and aligning content strategies accordingly, you will drive effective communication and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
• Utilizing analytics tools and data-driven insights, you will continuously evaluate the performance of content initiatives. By identifying areas for improvement, optimizing content strategies, and implementing A/B testing, you will drive continuous growth and maximize the impact of brand content.
• As a senior leader, you will provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities for the team. By fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing learning, you will empower team members to excel in their roles and achieve professional growth.
• Continuously monitor emerging trends, technological advancements, and best practices in creative design, video, and editorial.
• Direct the production of creative outputs in-house or in collaboration with external agencies as relevant and ensure effective and timely roll out of campaigns. `
REQUIREMENTS
• 15+ years of experience as a Creative Director at an agency or marketing department, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence in content strategy and execution.
• 8+ years of experience as a Designer / Design Lead, showcasing your ability to design content, and to effectively lead and mentor design teams at a senior level.
• Experienced at UX copy writing, with proven ability to deliver improved customer experience and consistent tone of voice for the brand
• A degree in an Art discipline or related field, complemented by ongoing professional development and a strong understanding of design principles.
• An impressive portfolio of personal and team design & creative work, highlighting your ability to drive business results and achieve significant impact.
• Extensive experience in building and leading large-scale design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-profile design projects with multiple stakeholders, showcasing your ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional creative vision combined with a deep understanding of commercial and business objectives, enabling you to align design strategies with brand goals and market trends.
• Proven track record of developing and presenting impactful and effective creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.
• Expertise across a broad range of areas:
• Creative direction, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the creative vision to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
• Executive-level client presentations, effectively communicating the value and impact of design work in relation to brand objectives and market trends.
• Excellent creative writing and UX copy writing experience
• Advanced social and digital media content expertise, leveraging social platforms to drive engagement, build communities, and enhance brand visibility.
