THE ROLE
Venue Nation's Brand Fulfillment team is seeking a Regional Project Manager to support the execution of high-volume, localized creative across venues in the United States. This role partners with regional Marketing, Sales Marketing, and Operations teams to help manage creative requests, timelines, and asset delivery.
The Regional Project Manager works closely with project stakeholders, designers, and external production resources to ensure creative work is delivered e?ciently, consistently, and on brand. Designed as a mid-level to mid-career role, this position provides hands-on exposure to creative workflows and project coordination, with a clear opportunity for growth into increased responsibility over time.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own creative request tracking from intake to delivery, gathering requirements, and confirming project details and capacity, prioritizing creative requests accordingly
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for regional stakeholders, providing clear updates and communication
• Manage routing of assets through internal teams, external partners, and automated production workflows
• Help ensure brand consistency and quality across regional creative deliverables
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate as needed to support on-time delivery
• Maintain project documentation, tracking, and status reports for multiple concurrent creative requests
• Support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of operational tools, automations, and standardized workflows to help production scale
• Assist with ongoing improvements to intake processes and production workflows
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 3–5 years of experience in a project support, marketing operations, or creative
• production role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with project tracking tools and shared workflows
• Ability to collaborate e?ectively with cross-functional teams
• Interest in creative production, project management, or marketing
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of core creative terminology, technical specs, and file formats
• Expertise in Airtable, Asana or similar project management tools is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in using creative applications, data, and reporting software
• Experience supporting marketing or creative teams is a plus
• Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, or venue-based businesses is a plus
